RESULTS: Using data from the entire cohort, the most discriminative cut-off values of AMC and ALC selected on the receiver operating characteristic curve were 672.4/mu L and 1734/mu L for DFS and OS. The aim of this paper was to investigate the molecular mechanisms involved in B(2)-mediated modulation of proximal tubule Na(+)-ATPase by BK. To abolish B(1) receptor-mediated effects, all experiments were carried out in the presence of (Arg-Pro-ProGly-Phe-Ser-Pro-Leu), des-Arg(9)-[Leu(8)]-BK (DALBK), a specific antagonist of B(1) receptor.
